Mission Viejo Auto Collision’s Customer Focus Group
Hello friends and audiences. My name is Todd Hesford, President of Mission Viejo Auto Collision. As we take customer satisfaction very seriously, we are always striving to improve ourselves with our clients. We consider you our extended families, and we pride ourselves in doing an excellent job on your auto body repair, regardless if it is a small or a big job. For this reason, we are interested in understanding what people’s car body repair needs are so we can better serve them.
Recruiting for Customer Focus Group
This summer we are planning to host a Customer Focus Group, and wanted feedback from our audience about auto body shops. We are seeking automobile drivers in Orange County that have been in a collision within the past year, regardless if you are our clients or not. Our interest is in honest input from the community on how auto body shops in Orange County like ours can improve car body repair services, and help make the auto body repair process a more pleasant and efficient one.
This will be a Saturday luncheon with food provided, and a Free Car Wash for your attendance and input. It will be a 2 hour event where all information collected will be used to determine how we can better serve you and our communities in which we live. - What interested you in our Customer Focus Group?
- Are you 18 years or older?
- When were you in a collision?
- What type of damage did your car experience?
Email us only if you are truly interested. At our Focus Group, we will address questions regarding effective / efficient customer service, and good workmanship. Other topics of discussion are:
- Extended hours
- Extended services
- Ideas to improve the auto body repair experience
