Our new, young rising stars who have been with Mission Viejo Auto Collision (MVAC) in less than a year have made their mark to join their predecessors in the Teammate Of The Month Hall of Fame.Congratulations Oscar Sepulveda and Miguel Gutierrez on your win! Your dedication to excellence and hard work gained you the recognition that you deserve.
Both Oscar and Miguel joined the MVAC family about 7 months ago as Collision Tech Apprentices. They have quickly and eagerly absorbed everything they can about the auto collision repair trade ranging from disassembling and assembling parts, structural repairs, and anything necessary to support our auto body repair technicians. As all of us just need opportunities to succeed, these young hall of famers took their opportunities to heart and have proven themselves. We are proud to have them join our team.
This dynamic duo have lots of things in common such as:
- They are the second born in their families (Miguel the 2nd of 4, and Oscar the 2nd of 5 siblings)
- Both are single and started at our auto body shop around the same time
- They are energetic, athletic and share a love for soccer, basketball and football
- Both are enthusiastic and enjoy exploring opportunities at MVAC Inc.
