Mission Viejo Auto Collision (MVAC) is proud to announce our Teammate of the Month for March 2015 – Luis Montes!!! Congratulations Luis or “Lalo”, as he is known within the MVAC family. This award is well-deserved for Lalo, as demonstrated by his work ethics and continuous dedication to excellence in everything he does. His diligence and efficiency while maintaining an organized and clean work space raises the bar for his peers and those that he oversees.
Luis is a caliber technician who serves as one of the team leaders in the Body Department. He joined us four years ago and currently apprentices two young technicians. We are happy to have him as a team member and leader at MVAC.
A wonderful family man, Luis has 2 adorable children, a boy and a girl with which he spends his leisure time. Keeping things in the family, he also has 2 brothers that work in auto body repair and one still works at MVAC. Congratulations again Luis and enjoy the limelight!!
