I want to thank all of you, including the co-workers doing repair work for a outstanding repair on my auto. Your entire staff did a outstanding job and it is greatly appreciated. My car never looked so good. It looked brand new. I was considering purchase of a new smaller auto but the car looks so great I have saved quite a bit of money. My wife and son said it looked better when you repaired it than they could ever recall.
Your Company over the past 20+ years have worked on few autos of mine and in all cases left me highly satisfied. Seems you take every customer as if we are members of your family.

I was so impressed that In less than 10 working days you processed the car through insurance, replaced the front fender, driver’s door, untwisted the door pillar, and returned the car in new condition. The reality of having to have my damaged car repaired at an auto body shop was a depressing thought.As I drove up to your facility, I assumed I’d be reeted in a dingy office by someone wearing a greasy bib overall and chomping on a cigar. I expected to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous technicians along
with the likelihood of not seeing my car again for at least two weeks.How wrong I was. I was greeted in your clean front office in a very friendly, professional manner; my car was inspected thoroughly and the printed estimate was given to me in a few minutes. You and your team were courteous and understanding of the annoyance of having my car experience a hit-and-run accident manifested by a damaged bumper and absent side mirror.After approval from my insurance company, I called to make an appointment for repair. Again, you were courteous and remembered my car and the work that needed to be done. I brought it in on a Friday morning and the bumper and mirror had already been ordered by you even though no money had changed hands. I decided to have my windshield replaced as well and you took on that additional work in stride. I received a couple of digital photos sent to my phone later that day showing the progress on my car.After two days, that’s DAYS not WEEKS, my car was ready for pick up – washed and cleaned inside and out. The work was perfect and the entire experience was very positive. Thank you for running such a professional business. I wish you continued success and will recommend your services to others.

Mission Viejo Auto Collision is a top-notch, auto collision repair shop. The shop is spotless. The staff is very professional and courteous. They are problem-solvers. They go above and beyond to make a difficult process easier. This is my third time to their shop over the last 15 years or so. The first visit was to honor a lifetime warranty on a paint job that was done incorrectly by a shop in Los Angeles. MVAC fix another shop’s error. I haven’t had any problems with their redo of the paint, and it’s been years. The second time I went to MVAC was for a 6K+ worth of damage due to a hit and run. They did a very nice job. Today, I took in my car to MVAC because some mystery driver scraped his/her car against mine while I had my car parked in a supermarket parking lot. Todd took my old-but-dear car to the back of the shop to have it inspected by his crew. Before I knew it, he had driven it up front and said that his crew was able to buff off the other person’s paint. I will be able to cancel the claim. Todd not only saved me my deductible but now I shouldn’t have to worry about losing my “safe driver” discount due to an open claim. Thank you, Todd! Thank you, Mission Viejo Auto Collision. I would highly recommend this shop.
