Mission Viejo Auto Collision has always been and continues to be a family owned business that is staffed with various family lines to keep MVAC thriving. We promote team spirit, also we support and encourage fathers, sons, brothers, and cousins alike to work together to inspire loyalty along with quality workmanship. Most importantly, we always remember to provide unmatched customer service to our clients.
Meet our Family Affair at our car collision repair center:
- Bertin and Ramon Salas Castro: Bertin has been with MVAC for several years now, and to say he is a valued teammate is an absolute understatement. His dedication, servant heart, and talent in our detail department are nothing short of amazing. We are blessed to have him on our team.
Ramon, Bertin’s younger brother is new to our team. He has been with us for approximately 3 months. This is a good reminder that the Apple does not fall to far from the tree. Ramon displays the same servant heart as his brother. He shows up every day with the same winning attitude and we expect him to move forward quickly. - Eric & Kenny Vargas: Eric is one of the rising stars in the auto body repair business. He is a gifted estimator who is continuing to grow in his role daily. Also, Eric serves as a youth pastor at his church. We are extremely proud of him.
Kenny is new to our team. He has some previous experience in the auto collision repair industry, and we are expecting him to grow within our company over the coming months. Also, exciting news, Kenny and his girl friend are expecting their first child this year. Many blessings for you and your new family Kenny. - Hector and Danny Navia, and Jose Ochoa: This is definitely a fun one for us. Not only do we have a father son combination, but we have a nephew also. Hector Navia is the kind of technician that honestly…..you don’t even care what his talent level is, you hire him for his servant heart and attitude. They don’t come much better than Hector. Always there to lend a helping hand, and he always has the willingness to do whatever it takes attitude. It just so happens that Hector is a very gifted auto collision repair technician also. We are fortunate to have him.
Danny Navia is one of Hector’ 3 sons, and although he is very new to this industry, he is proving to have the same insight and attitude that his father has. Danny has been progressing nicely over the last year, but unfortunately he will be returning to school in the coming months. Who knows if he will return to this industry or not, but if he does, he will always have a home here with us.
Jose Ochoa is Hector’s nephew. He has only been here with us for approximately 6 months, as he just finished his career in the United States Army. Of that alone, we are very proud to have him on our team. Jose, thank you so much for your service to our country. From a technical standpoint, Jose is proving to be a very worthwhile technician assistant. So as his training continues, we expect to see him rise through the ranks quickly. - Efren and Fernando Velazquez: You have already heard about Efren, as he was the recipient of our Teammate of The Month for April of this year. We brag about Efren quite a bit, as he is our head painter, and an I-CAR instructor. Any collision center would be hard pressed to find a head painter with Efren’s talent level, let alone his passion to continually train and push himself to the elite painter level.
As for Fernando, what can we say other than we are extremely proud of him. Not just for his abilities as one of our head paint preppers, and secondary painters, but more importantly for the man he is. Fernando is a single father of 3 young boys, he is very proud of them all, and works diligently on trying to raise them all into fine young men. If those young boys turn out to be half the man their father is, they should be just fine. Keep it up Fernando, we are expecting greatness for your future! - Luis and Jesus Montes: What else can I say about this dynamic duo other than WOW ! ! ! Both Luis and Jesus are team leaders in our shop. They each have 2 apprentice technicians working under each of them. Jesus is the older brother of the pair, and has been with our company for a collective 5 years. He was with us for approximately 3 and a half years before moving back to Mexico with his wife. When he left he actually filled his own position with his younger brother whom he trained. Upon Jesus’ return, he came back with someone new……a baby boy, and even more exciting news, Jesus and his wife just had baby number 2 ! ! ! The Teammate’ of the Month for May Oscar and Miguel are Jesus’ assistants. He is doing a great job training them both and we look forward to watching their team grow over the coming years.
As for Luis Montes, the phrase “Excellence in Execution” always come to mind. He is a gifted technician no doubt. But I think more over, it is his dedication and organizational skills to his craft that separate him from most technicians. Luis also has two apprentice technicians working with him, and we are excited that over the coming years Luis should be able to grow his team. Luis and his wife have two kids, one boy and one girl. Whenever you speak to him about his family, you can truly see his face light up! We are very proud to have both of these great men on our team. And on a side note, we are eagerly waiting for their younger brother, Robert Montes to return. Hopefully one day soon.
These are the “Family Affair” of Mission Viejo Auto Collision. We are elated to have them on board and are looking forward to expanding our family in the near future.
