We do apologize for the delay in announcing our Teammates of the Month (TOTM) for September, October, November, and December 2015, but fortunately our wonderful clients have been keeping us very busy. Therefore we’ll announce our winners for 2015 4th quarter TOTMs in 1 post. So please help us belatedly CONGRATULATE our WINNERS: Carlos Flores (September), Rebekah Weiskittel (October), Frank Elo (November) and Alejandro Ramirez (December).
Carlos is a hard working, dedicated teammate who shows up delivering his A game daily, and is a supportive teammate. Working diligently in our refinish department, we are excited to see his professional growth.
Second time winner Rebekah is phenomenal at managing the front desk to help our clients while keeping the office on task with all its moving parts. It’s a walk in the park for her, as she multitasks her roles. We count our blessings that she has returned to us from raising a family after 14 years. We look forward to her expanding her position in the near future.
Another 2 time winner, Frank Elo, has been with us for quite some time now. We have even had the pleasure of watching his children grow up right before our eyes. His experience and seniority at Mission Viejo Auto Collision make Frank the absolute “Go To” teammate in our shop. There hasn’t been a business question that he was not able to answer or willingly get an answer for his teammates. He holds everyone accountable for performing at their best for which we appreciate him.
Our final winner, Alejandro Ramirez, is a new comer who began in the Rapid Repair Department several months back. In no time, he established himself as very knowledgeable, and talented. He was quickly recruited by two different teams, and is currently apprenticing with one of our lead technicians. We cannot wait to see him grow in this role to become a lead technician himself in the near future.
With the first quarter of 2016 already on it’s way out, we at Mission Viejo Auto Collision can see the wealth of talent and leadership in our auto body shop. We are ecstatic to see what 2016 has in store for our team. Good luck team, and reach for the stars, because you all have the capability to excel ! ! !
