MVAC is a great place to get body work done, be it minor paint jobs or major repairs. I see car parts and some of them need paint before they ship to customers. These guys ALWAYS do top work that is totally factory finish. We only had one quality issue in dozens of parts and they redid the part without complaint or gripe and it came back perfect. In my time at the shop I have come to know the owner. He definitely takes a lot of pride in making sure that his guys are trained and his equipment works perfectly. One of the most surprising things I have see is how far down they tear a car to make sure their repairs are perfect. The biggest crime most shops commit is cutting corners to save time. Not MVAC. Even for something that doesn’t seem to bad gets a 10-yard, no holds barred repair. I have a classic car I need some paint work done on, and definitely will be taking it here! |

Mission Viejo Auto Collision is the BEST!!! My daughter was in a car accident on a Friday with her 2012 Jeep when driving in from out of town and we needed her car back in a week. I knew that would be difficult if not impossible, but started the task of researching places on the pre-approved State Farm list on Saturday… note that MVAC is one of the few places that you will even find open on Saturday. I talked to Eric who was incredibly understanding of the whole situation and was able to arrange for a tow truck to pick up the car that day since they were open till 4pm. They did not waste any time and when I went over on Monday to do some paperwork, Eric took me into their very clean, organized shop area where they had already completed an extensive tear down so they knew exactly what parts needed to be ordered & what to repair. Their communication is AMAZING!!! I never had to wonder about the progress of work on the car. Every day they emailed an update on the repair process along with photos!!! They also called when necessary and were open to contact for any reason. Although they could not make promises, I was confident that they were doing everything possible to meet our deadline and I began to get hopeful as I followed their efficient completion of each step. It seemed like a miracle that they were able to meet the challenge of completing all the work to restore my daughter’s car to new condition in less than one week!!! It is extremely rare to find a business with both superior customer service and quality workmanship. I was genuinely impressed with every aspect of MVAC and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to everyone! They take pride in their work and stand behind it with a Lifetime Unconditional Guarantee. It does not get any better than this and I considered myself incredibly lucky to locate such a reputable business. My sincere appreciation to the professionals at MVAC for a superb experience from the initial contact to a perfect finish!!! |

3/2010 I can’t say that getting in an accident and having to deal with car repairs can ever be a good experience, but MVAC made the process as painless as possible. Let me start off by saying I was involved in an accident years ago, and instead of picking an auto repair center my insurance (Allstate) recommended, I chose to have my repairs done at Fladeboe Honda Body Shop. I figured since they were a dealer, they would take care of my car the best. WRONG! It was a horrible experience, they took forever, blaming the insurance company, and I could never really see where my car was. Half the time it was just sitting there. Well over two months later, I had my car, but I had to go back several times for other issues, including an A/C that never worked. (Later I found out that the Fladboe shop had inproperly welded the front frame of my car, and it had snapped apart in my traffic collision. Had faster speeds been involved, I would have been seriously injured) Fast forward a couple years, because of my horrible experience at Fladeboe, I did some research selecting a body shop. I took both online reviews and my insurance company’s recommendations into consideration. I called around to a few places and took a look at the shops, and MVAC was by far the best. One of the owners, Mark, stayed after closing to give me a personal tour of the facility and ensured he assuaged any concerns I had. I chose to have the work done here, and they kept me posted the whole time. I came into the shop a couple times to actually see the progress of the work on my car. They took care of everything, even fixing all the stuff that Fladboe Honda screwed up. Car looked and ran like new. ….. |

A Ford Thunderbird met the back-end of my Titan and it was hammered pretty good. Two weeks later it was as good as new. I could not find any indication this thing was wrecked at all ($7000+ repair bill). Lifetime warranty on the work completed and they even delivered my truck to me. As good as it gets! |

So I had to go here because some stupid woman on the freeway figured that her radio was more important than driving during rush hour traffic. So she rear-ended me and not to mention my car was only 2 weeks old!!!! Pissed off would be an understatement in how describing how mad I was luckily, she was loaded and didn’t really seem to care she insisted that she knew she was at fault and would handle this. My insurance recommend a few places, and I heard great things about this place and it was close to my house so I deiced to go here. They had my bumper looking like it did 2 weeks earlier! Side-note: I may have to come here again because my boyfriend was driving my car and when he went to park he scraped the right side of my bumper against the curb! great! |

I cannot rate them on their quality of repairs as my car was totaled, but I am rating them on their customer service. During the crazy rain we had in January, I sadly spun my car out and had it towed to a yard in Irvine. The tow truck driver was adamant about sending my car to these guys but I wasn’t sure about it so I looked up body shops around the area and they seemed the best. So the next day I had my car dropped off at the shop. From the get go I could tell they were going to be very easy to talk to and bother with questions that came to mind. Frank was very kind when he told me they will have to total my car and waited patiently for me to stop sniveling other the phone. I was allowed to take anything out of my car that I could replace with a stock part and there were two items that I wasn’t able to get out on my own so Frank had a worker take them out for me the next day. Everyone who I encountered at this shop was very nice, polite and probably felt my pain since they knew my car was totaled. They even fixed the latch on my mother’s rear hatch for just the cost of the part! If I ever have another car accident I will definitely take my car to these guys as I know there will be no headaches from dealing with them like a previous body shop I reviewed. |

This place was very helpful in keeping me informed on my car, getting me a rental and emailing me photos of the progress of my car. My only gripe is that (to me) it seemed like they did some unnecessary repair work. I punched in my back door by bumping into a metal pole and all of a sudden the whole side of my car has to be replaced, painted, etc. Now I could be making some unfair claims here because I don’t do collision repair but it just didn’t sit right with me. Anyway, besides that, good experience. |

On Friday, March 16th, my husband and daughter enjoyed a very special Dad & Daughter day up in Orange County. In route home, they were involved in a car accident in the carpool lane on the 5 freeway. What a mess. They were no where close to home, their tow truck driver didn’t speak English and my husband was frazzled having our young daughter with him. Via Google, I found MVAC. It was a Friday and after hours, but Todd not only answered the phone, he also offered to wait for my husband and daughter to arrive with the tow truck. By waiting, he saved us from having to pay to have our vehicle sit in the tow yard for two days. Todd went above and beyond and offered to pay the tow truck driver as well. Yes, he will get reimbursed by State Farm, but he took one more worry off my husband’s plate in a time of stress. Todd was very prompt about getting back to us with regards to the condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately, our vehicle is not repairable, but based on the excellent customer service, a very clean shop and the fact that Todd went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation a bit easier, we would have been delighted to have MVAC repair our vehicle and would use them for auto repair should we need to in the future. Thank you Todd and MVAC for the fantastic customer service you gave our family. |

MVAC is definitely as good as it gets. I was recommended here by friends at least 10 years ago, and I refer everyone I know. I’d never let anyone else work on any of my family’s cars! Owner Todd and his entire staff are excellent, and the quality and craftsmanship of the work is pure artistry. You’d never know that anything happened to your damaged car, both mechanically or by its looks. Perfect work and customer service through every step of the process. MINDY M |

Hopefully, I won’t have the need to get my car repaired again, but if I do I know exactly where I’m going. I received 5 quotes for a repair I needed recently. MVAC wasn’t the lowest (they were 2nd lowest), but my gut told me these were the guys to give my business to. MVAC did such an incredible job that I thought they had replaced my car with a new one! There is absolutely no evidence of the wreck. Their work was top notch and the price I paid was exactly in the quote – not a penny more. Oh, and it was ready on time too. I’m skipping the quotes next time and going straight to MVAC. |
