Kelly Blue Book Named Honda The Best Overall Brand

Kelly Blue Book Brand Watch Winners

Honda did it again, winning “Best Overall Brand” of the year back to back for 2013 and 2014 as reported by Kelly Blue Book, published April 9, 2014 in the Fender Bender Magazine. It is no surprise really that Honda secured the highest average score in all 12 “brand watch” factors. These factors included durability, affordability, ruggedness, fuel efficiency, exterior styling, cool factor, interior layout, performance, comfort, safety, reputation, and prestige.

Todd Hesford, President of Mission Viejo Auto Collision, agreed with Kelly Blue Book’s assessment, especially regarding safety. “It has long been my opinion that Honda builds one of the safest vehicles on the road, in particular the Accord. Not to mention how easy it is to work on from an auto body repair stand point”, stated Todd. Congratulations to Honda for its consecutive win of the award. That is a tall order, and as if that was not enough, Honda also won the “Most Trusted Brand”.

Other winners included Mercedes-Benz as the “Overall Luxury Brand”, Kia the “Best Value Brand”, and Ford the “Best Overall Truck Brand”.
