They joint ventured with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) internationally to identify, certify, and promote best-in-class repair businesses. These partners make up about 65% of vehicles on the road in North America today. In order to be certified, auto repair facilities must have the tools, equipment, training, and facility to properly repair vehicles, ensuring the fit, finish, durability, value, safety, and pass an annual on-site inspection. These are criteria established by auto manufacturers for Collision Care Provider Certification.
