Please join us in congratulating Mission Viejo Auto Collision’s Teammate of the Month for April 2015 – Efren Velasquez. We are proud of his dedication to success and being a good leader / role model for the MVAC family. Congratulations on a well-earned award Efren.
Efren has been with MVAC in the Paint Department for 10 years now. His skills as an auto body repair painter are unmatched, which helped him rise to be the team leader of the department. He currently oversees 4 people, and has transformed into an amazing leader and communicator with his team within 90 days.
As our resident I-Car instructor, he teaches stringent practices for being I-Car certified in car body repair and painting. These weekly classes are opened to other auto body shop technicians, and are held in our auto body repair center at 23812 Via Fabricante, Suite A2 Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Conducting these classes also serves as continuing education to help Efren remain current on I-Car regulations. He has truly earned the respect, support and love of his peers and team, in addition to his wife and 4 children (3 girls and 1 boy). Keep up your drive to excel Efren and we are glad to have you in the MVAC family.
