This is a belated announcement, but Yossimar and his family just welcomed in their newest addition earlier in September. He is well deserving of the award due to his Never Say Quit attitude, and Whatever It Takes mind set.

It is a simple idea that we, as a team or an individual, are willing to do whatever it takes to get up the performance mountain every day.
