Frank has always been a bench mark for all of our teammates here at Mission Viejo Auto Collision (MVAC), as he illustrates our core “Value of Excellence” in everything he does. Through the month of October, we have been short-handed and bombarded with a tidal wave of work. Most people would have just thrown up their hands and complained, but Frank, with his industrious ways, muscled through it, kept a positive attitude, and brought his game to perform every single day.
Frank is truly an asset to this team, and we appreciate all the sacrifice he makes to be here. It is teammates like Frank that make our team stronger and encourages them to bring their “A Game” to work everyday. He is truly a role model for his team. This level of performance keeps our clients happy and brings them back to our Mission Viejo auto body shop for future auto body repairs or auto collision repairs.
